Located in St-Didace in the heart of Lanaudière (1.5 hours from Montreal and 2 hours from Quebec), the family chalet du lac Rouge is the perfect place to gather with family or friends.
With its three closed bedrooms and dormitory, the chalet is an ideal place to accommodate 1 to 3 couples with children. In the large main room, equipped with a slow-burning fireplace and comfortable sofas, a warm atmosphere prevails at all times!
Motorized boats are prohibited on Lac Rouge, providing a quiet and relaxing environment.
GUARANTEED FUN IN SUMMER AND WINTER
Outdoor pleasures abound year-round at the Chalet du Lac Rouge. In summer, enjoy the lake, the dock, and various watercraft (kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, pedal boats, canoes). It is also said that fishing is excellent on Le Lac Rouge! In winter, there are hikes and slides (sleds provided), and cross-country skiing nearby. All seasons are perfect for your family or friends gatherings.
The outdoor fireplace is the perfect spot to chat and laugh heartily or to roast marshmallows with the kids. After playing outside in winter, nothing beats relaxing by the slow-burning fireplace with a good book, a glass of wine, and you're all set!
